Terms of Use

What can I rely on when I read this site?

www.aspiralclocks.com is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and delivered from a content delivery network. No application runs behind the pages. The text you read is the text that was published, and it does not change in response to anything you do. Everything a page loads, including styles, scripts, fonts and images, comes from this domain. No third-party server is contacted while a page is on your screen.

The published inventory is fixed when the site is built. The sitemap lists five addresses, and those are the pages this site offers.

How do I know which version of these terms I am reading?

  • Every page carries machine-readable publication and modification dates in its structured data.
  • The modification date is 2026-10-24, the same value the sitemap publishes.
  • If those dates change, a new version of the text has been issued. If they have not changed, you are reading the same version as before.

What happens when I click an operator link?

This site runs no gambling service of its own. An operator link does not open the operator directly. It points to an address on this domain, and that address answers with a redirect that sends you to the operator's own tracking address. The build defines a single rule of this kind, and every destination lies outside this domain.

Your relationship with an operator therefore begins at the moment you land on the operator's site. From that point, the operator's own terms, rules and conditions apply. Nothing on this site replaces, extends or overrides them. Read the operator's terms before you register, deposit or place a bet.

What if I mistype an address?

  • A request for an address that does not exist here returns a page marked so that search engines do not index or follow it.
  • That page immediately forwards you to the home page.
  • A mistyped or expired address cannot become a page of its own, so it cannot carry content that differs from the published inventory.

Is there anything I can create, submit or lose here?

No. The site has no registration, no account and no form, input field or upload control of any kind. Because nothing can be created, nothing can be suspended, terminated or transferred. No visitor-generated content exists on the site, so there is nothing of yours to moderate, remove or claim.

Why do these terms name no company, jurisdiction or complaints procedure?

The build contains no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. For that reason, these terms cannot promise a complaints channel or a response time, and they cannot name a counterparty. Stating that plainly is more accurate than borrowing a clause that nothing here supports. No governing law, court or dispute procedure is named on this page.

If you have a dispute about an account, a payment or a bet, it belongs with the operator you used. That operator's published terms are the ones that set out who you are dealing with and how complaints are handled.
